As an adviser to the national financial institutions, she supports clients in their litigation and dispute resolution needs, from major investigations and high-profile disputes, to reputational risk management issues.
Drafting documents and advising in all aspects of intellectual property, including: filing and prosecuting patent applications; defense of worldwide patent rights; registration of trademarks and service marks, defense of trademarks, licensing, and false advertising claims; copyright registration, licensing.
As a trial attorney she has experience handling lawsuits in courts, representing the best interests of the client.
